This Data Privacy Policy describes how Binam Inc. (“Binam”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information we receive from our clients, business partners, and end users in connection with the services we provide — including, without limitation, our Amazon advertising and account-management services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all personal data, business data, and Amazon Information that Binam Inc. accesses, receives, processes, or stores in connection with our services. “Amazon Information” means any information made available by Amazon or its affiliates, or relating to Amazon Stores, Amazon products, sales, customers, or advertising performance.

2. What Data We Collect From Clients

In the course of providing services, we may receive and process:

Client business information: company name, address, billing details, contracts, NDAs.
Client contact information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, and titles of authorized client representatives.
Account access: read or read/write API access to Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, Shopify, or similar advertising and e-commerce platforms, granted by the client.
Performance data: sales reports, advertising reports, search-term reports, traffic and conversion metrics, audience reports.
Aggregated and anonymized end-user data: aggregated audience, demographic, and behavioral data made available through Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, or AMC. We do not seek to identify individual end users.
Communications: emails, chat messages, meeting recordings (only with explicit consent), and notes related to engagement.

We do not collect or store payment card data from end consumers. Payment processing for client billing is handled by reputable third-party providers under their own privacy and security obligations.

3. How We Use Data

We use the data we collect only for legitimate business purposes, including:

Delivering the services agreed in our engagement letters or service agreements
Operating and optimizing advertising campaigns on behalf of clients
Reporting performance to clients
Improving our internal tools, models, and processes (using aggregated data only)
Meeting our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
Communicating with clients about their accounts

We do not sell personal data. We do not use Amazon Information for any purpose other than directly serving the client from whom the data originated.

4. How We Store and Protect Data

Encryption in transit: All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher.
Encryption at rest: Sensitive data is stored on systems that use AES-256 encryption at rest.
Access controls: Access is granted on a least-privilege, need-to-know basis. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enforced for all employees and contractors accessing client systems or Amazon Information.
Credential management: Client and platform credentials are stored in an encrypted enterprise password manager. Plain-text storage of credentials is prohibited.
Endpoint protection: Company devices run up-to-date operating systems with disk encryption, endpoint protection, and automatic patching.
Backups: Backups, where applicable, are encrypted and access-restricted.
Retention: Client data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver services or to meet legal obligations. On termination of an engagement, client data is deleted or returned within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Compliance With GDPR, CCPA, and Amazon Policies

Binam Inc. complies with applicable data protection laws, including:

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR for personal data of EU/UK residents.
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) for California residents.
Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Advertising Agreement.

Where required, Binam Inc. acts as a data processor for client-controlled personal data and will sign appropriate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) on request.

6. Data Subject Rights

Individuals whose personal data we process may have rights to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete their data. Requests can be sent to info@binaminc.com and will be acknowledged within 5 business days and resolved within the statutory timeframes.

7. No Sale or Sharing of Data With Third Parties

Binam Inc. does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share client data, Amazon Information, or personal data of end users with third parties for the third party's own commercial purposes. Limited sharing occurs only with:

Sub-processors that support our operations (for example, cloud hosting, password management, or analytics), each bound by written agreements that require equivalent privacy and security obligations.
Authorities, regulators, or courts when required by law.
Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring — in which case data continues to be protected under this policy.

8. Notification of Organizational Changes

Our organization has a policy to notify Amazon within 30 days of any organizational changes that affect our access to or use of Amazon Information. This includes changes in ownership, key personnel with Amazon access, business address, or material changes in how Amazon Information is processed.

9. International Data Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, Binam Inc. relies on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and conducts transfer impact assessments where required.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in writing. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
