Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@binaminc.com.

Before sending the item, you must email us photo confirmation showing the product’s intact condition and packaging. This is required to verify the item’s eligibility for return.

Please note:

  • The return must be shipped at the buyer’s expense to our Prep Center address listed below.

  • Returns must be sent within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.

  • Items sent back to us without prior email confirmation and approval will not be accepted.

Inspection and Refund Process

Once the return arrives at our Prep Center, we will inspect the item to ensure it is:

  • In resalable condition

  • Undamaged and complete

  • In its original packaging

If the item meets these conditions, we will approve the return and process the refund.

Refunds will be issued via Shopify’s return system to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@binaminc.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your item (following the process above), and then make a separate purchase for the new product.
