ALBO 24-Inch Silver Continuous Piano Hinges, 2-Pack

Quick answer: This two-piece pack contains 24-inch silver continuous piano hinges for a door, lid or panel that needs a long hinge line. Compare hinge length, leaf width, hole positions and opening clearance with your project. Choose screws for the actual substrate and confirm the hinge specification for the weight and environment you intend.

Specifications and package

• Hinge length: 24 inches.
• Finish/color: silver.
• Package: two continuous hinges.

Before you order

Dry-fit the hinge with the door or lid supported. Check the entire opening path, then mark fastener positions on sound material. Select fasteners and lid supports for the assembly rather than assuming a longer hinge provides a specific load capacity.

Limits and installation checks

No universal weight capacity, marine rating or maintenance-free service is claimed. A hinge is not a substitute for a lid support, door restraint or adequate fastener engagement.

Frequently asked questions

How many hinges are included?

The pack contains two continuous piano hinges.

What length should I choose?

Each hinge is 24 inches long. Compare that length with the usable mounting edge and the project's required hinge coverage.

Does length confirm the hinge will fit?

No. Check leaf width, hole pattern, edge clearance, fastener engagement and the required opening angle.

Can I remove the pin for a lift-off door?

Do not assume the pin is removable. Verify pin retention and use a purpose-made lift-off hinge when the design requires easy removal.

Which screws should I use?

Choose screw type and length for the actual material and mounting arrangement. Ensure the tips cannot damage the opposite surface.

Is it automatically suitable for a heavy lid or marine use?

No. Confirm the required application rating, corrosion requirements and support arrangement before installation.
